to the online game fowl monthly cyber show photo contest

In the past, game fowl were primarily used for sport purposes. Recent changes in the political atmosphere have brought admirer's of this unique poultry strain to follow the footsteps of our European counterparts and display their fowl in the show ring. This has become nearly essential to those who wish to avoid the legal ramifications which can result from ownership of a strain, which is believed by the less educated to be useful only for fighting purposes.

It is the goal of this show to expose the public to our beautiful fowl, thus promoting game fowl as a whole. This will also allow breeders to show pride in their bloodlines and compete in a show ring type setting. We hope to also dispel the myth that gamefowl have no use other than cockfighting. Finally, this show could potentially help to satisfy show requirements of young 4-H and FFA members who have taken game fowl as their chosen poultry strain.

The game fowl cyber show is open to all U.S. residents 13 years of age and up. Each show will award a grand champion, reserve champion, and a viewers choice award. Every contestant receives a certificate of participation suitable for confirmation of show participation. View the sample certificate here.

Anyone may register in the gallery to comment on others photos and to vote on their favorites. We encourage you to do so, as member votes will determine the winner of the viewers choice award for each contest.

Fourth contest began May 1st. 2008 - That means NOW!!

The May game fowl cyber show contest began on May 1st 2008 and will run through May 27th 2008. Winners will be announced on June 1st 2008 and awards given.

June 1st will also be the opening day for the beginning of the next contest.
 

How much money can I win?

This is determined by the total number of paid entries. Read the contest rules and FAQ.

A. Be sure you have read and understand the contest rules.

C. Be sure that you have a paypal account, or have a checking account or credit card that you may use to fund a paypal account before entering photos.

D. Photos are to be renamed to match your paypal accounts address. Example: If your paypal accounts address is jdmccoy@no-email.com then you would rename your photos to jdmccoy1.jpg, jdmccoy2.jpg and so forth. Photos not renamed will be rejected by administration.

E. Payment of 3.00 per photo is to be made immediately after uploading of photos.

Failure to read and understand the above will result in your photos not being accepted.

Sorry but it is almost impossible to get them straight on a scanner. The ribbons have been made by a professional design company and are beautiful.
